WHEN SHIPPING FIREARMS...The Destruction Department, LLC will only ship firearms to authorized firearms dealers and not to individual homes, unless returning a firearm to the original owner after service as per all local, state, and federal laws. The Destruction Department ships to all US States and Territories as allowed by US Local/State/Federal/Territory law.

All firearms sells and transfers are logged in/out of our acquisition/disposition book and require the completion and approval of ATF form 4473 by the NICS background check system, or by any other applicable local/state/federal laws and must be legal within the US. Reference 547127
